Camvio Privacy Policy

Camvio, Inc. (“Camvio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a cloud-based BSS/OSS and billing platform headquartered in California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use CamvioDemand, CamvioWeb, MyCamvio, or other Camvio services, or when your organization accesses its data through Camvio-supported data services, including Snowflake.

By using our services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the Camvio services you use, we may collect:

• From CamvioDemand users: Contact details, survey responses, location and service availability data.
• From CamvioWeb users: Account records, billing details, support tickets, provisioning and inventory data, and payment-related information.
• From MyCamvio users: Subscriber details, payment methods, service orders, and communication preferences.
• From Camvio services generally: Device and technical information, such as IP addresses, logs, crash reports, browser information, and cookies or similar technologies.

The specific information we process may vary depending on the Camvio products, features, integrations, and services used by you or your organization.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our services.
• Process payments and support billing activities.
• Support demand aggregation and customer acquisition workflows.
• Enable customer self-service.
• Provision and manage services.
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain the security and reliability of our services.
• Develop and improve Camvio products and functionality.
• Generate aggregated or de-identified statistics and usage insights.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Data Access & Customer Responsibility

Customers may be provided access to their organization’s data through Camvio-supported services, including Snowflake.

Where applicable, Camvio uses access controls such as multi-factor authentication, permissions, and other security measures designed to limit unauthorized access.

Customers are responsible for appropriately managing their authorized users, credentials, permissions, exports, and any data accessed or downloaded from Camvio services.

4. Sharing of Information

Camvio does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose information as necessary to operate and provide our services, including to:

• Service providers and vendors that assist with functions such as hosting, payments, analytics, communications, and customer support.
• Authorized service providers and organizations when necessary to provide or support requested services.
• Integration providers when a customer enables or requests an integration with a third-party service.
• Legal, regulatory, or governmental authorities when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Camvio, our customers, users, or others.

Third-party services and integrations may be governed by their own privacy policies and security practices.

5. Security

Camvio uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Depending on the service and environment, these safeguards may include encryption during transmission and storage, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, logging, monitoring, and network or access restrictions.

However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or security is completely secure. While Camvio takes reasonable measures designed to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security or that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, authorized users, devices, and systems used to access Camvio services.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and satisfy applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Following account termination or closure, information may remain in backups, archives, logs, or other systems for a limited period in accordance with Camvio’s retention practices and applicable customer agreements.

Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual may be retained for longer periods.

7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your relationship with Camvio and applicable law, you may have the ability to:

• Access or update certain information.
• Request correction or deletion of certain personal information.
• Manage certain communication preferences.
• Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications.

Certain information may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, contractual, security, or legal purposes.

For information Camvio processes on behalf of one of our customers, requests concerning your personal information may need to be directed to the organization with which you have an account or relationship.

8. Children’s Privacy

Camvio’s services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through services intended for general use.

9. International Use

Camvio’s services are primarily operated in the United States. If you access our services from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other locations where Camvio or its service providers operate.

10. SMS Messaging & Mobile Information

Camvio may use SMS text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers who provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages.

• Types of Messages: SMS communications may include account and service notifications, support updates, appointment or scheduling confirmations, and responses to inquiries you initiate.
• Consent: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile number through an applicable Camvio form or website, providing your number to an authorized Camvio representative where appropriate consent is obtained, or initiating a text message conversation with Camvio. Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP, email support@camv.io, or call (888) 866-6310.
• Message Frequency and Charges: Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and interactions with Camvio. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Mobile Information and Privacy: Camvio does not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information. We do not share SMS consent or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers as necessary to facilitate Camvio’s communications or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
• Withdrawal of Consent: Opting out of SMS communications does not prevent Camvio from communicating with you through other available channels when appropriate.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our services, practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy and revise the effective date as appropriate.
